Rescue. Transform. Deliver.

When Projects Go Off Track, We Get Them Back on Course.

The PMO Authority helps organizations rescue troubled projects, strengthen PMO operations, improve governance, and deliver strategic initiatives with confidence.

The Problem

Projects Don't Fail Overnight.

Projects typically begin showing warning signs long before they officially fail — missed milestones, unclear ownership, scope creep, poor communication, inadequate governance, technology challenges, budget pressure, and stakeholder frustration.

Our Approach

From project chaos to controlled execution.

A five-stage method that moves an initiative from uncertainty to measurable delivery.

  1. 01

    Assess

    Understand the current state.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

Identify root causes, risks, dependencies, and barriers.

  3. 03

    Stabilize

Stop further deterioration and establish control.

  4. 04

    Transform

Implement the processes, governance, people, and technology needed for sustainable improvement.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Execute against measurable outcomes and continuously improve.

Why The PMO Authority?

Boutique focus. Executive-grade delivery.

You get senior judgment applied directly to your initiative — not a template and a status report.

Execution-Focused

Projects don't need more status meetings. They need clarity, accountability, and action — and someone willing to drive it.

Strategic Perspective

Every recommendation connects back to the outcome the organization is actually trying to achieve.

Government & Enterprise Experience

Built for environments with layered approvals, public accountability, and complex technology estates.

Data-Driven Decision Making

Health assessments, risk exposure, and delivery metrics replace opinion with evidence.

People-Centered Transformation

Process and tooling only hold if the people responsible for delivery are brought along with it.

The Authority

Meet the Authority Behind The PMO Authority

The PMO Authority was founded by an experienced information technology and project management leader with more than 15 years of experience across IT, project and program management, PMO operations, governance, business analysis, application support, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.

That career has been spent in the places where projects actually get difficult: complex technology initiatives, competing priorities, constrained budgets, layered approval structures, and public-sector environments where accountability and transparency are non-negotiable. The work has ranged from stabilizing initiatives under pressure to building the governance and reporting structures leaders rely on to make decisions.

The perspective is practical rather than theoretical. Frameworks matter, but outcomes matter more — which is why every engagement starts with what is actually happening, not what the plan says should be happening.
