About Us
Experience. Strategy. Execution. Results.
The PMO Authority was created to help organizations navigate the reality of complex projects — not simply the theory of project management.
Who We Are
A boutique practice for organizations where delivery matters.
Most organizations don't struggle because they lack a methodology. They struggle because ownership is unclear, governance is thin, technology decisions outpace planning, and no one has the authority to make the hard calls. That is the gap The PMO Authority was built to close.
We work alongside executives, CIOs, IT directors, PMO leaders, and delivery teams in corporate, technology, and public-sector environments. Some engagements begin in crisis, with an initiative already visible to leadership for the wrong reasons. Others begin earlier, with a leader who wants a PMO that can carry the organization's portfolio.
In both cases the work is the same in spirit: establish the truth, restore control, and build the structures that keep delivery predictable after we leave.
“Rescue the project. Restore confidence. Deliver the outcome.”
Our Mission
To help organizations turn project challenges into opportunities for stronger execution, better governance, and sustainable results.
Our Vision
To become a trusted authority for organizations seeking to rescue, transform, and successfully deliver complex initiatives.
How We Work
Three principles that shape every engagement.
Reality over theory
Methodology is useful only when it survives contact with real constraints — budgets, politics, legacy systems, and people.
Clarity before change
We establish what is actually happening before recommending what should happen next.
Decisions, not documents
Every artifact we produce exists to help a leader make a better decision faster.

The Authority
Meet the Authority Behind The PMO Authority
The PMO Authority was founded by an experienced information technology and project management leader with more than 15 years of experience across IT, project and program management, PMO operations, governance, business analysis, application support, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.
That career has been spent in the places where projects actually get difficult: complex technology initiatives, competing priorities, constrained budgets, layered approval structures, and public-sector environments where accountability and transparency are non-negotiable. The work has ranged from stabilizing initiatives under pressure to building the governance and reporting structures leaders rely on to make decisions.
The perspective is practical rather than theoretical. Frameworks matter, but outcomes matter more — which is why every engagement starts with what is actually happening, not what the plan says should be happening.
The result is a boutique practice built for organizations that need clarity fast: honest assessment, a defensible path forward, and the leadership to execute it.
